Hardship Relief • Request Assistance
Our efforts to offer relief to families and individuals battling the impact of poverty include providing financial assistance to aid in securing temporary housing during transitional periods and supplying clothing and meals. We also host an Annual Thanksgiving Dinner Giveaway that supports hundreds of families in local Pensacola communities. During the Christmas season, we coordinate a Gift Giving Drive to provide toys for area youth.
Mentorship Opportunities • Request Assistance
Our community investment extends to local youth and their families. Mentorship provides a foundation that individuals can further build upon as they transition into adulthood and beyond. We provide resume assistance, coaching for job interviews, resources for employment opportunities, and interview-ready attire. We believe everyone in the community benefits when motivated individuals succeed.
School Readiness Support • Request Assistance
We want to do our part to help families provide the necessary tools for their children. We host an annual Backpack Giveaway at the beginning of the school year and a Coat Collection Campaign to give students warm clothing as the season changes. Grants are available for teachers employed at low-income schools to assist with purchasing school supplies. An annual college scholarship opportunity will be available for minority high school students.
Faith-Based Outreach • Request Assistance
As we partner with faith-based organizations throughout the community to provide programs and services for those in need, we strive to also provide a pathway for these families and individuals to become engaged with faith-building resources to provide support, encouragement, and opportunities for growth.
